Heat Diffuser

This strangely futuristic utensil is placed under saucepans on the hob to spread the heat acoss the base of the pan. Its prefect for slow-cooked dhals (lentils) and shaks (vegetables). Also useful for keeping food in a saucepan warm without the fear of it sticking to the bottom! Comes with a wooden handle. Diameter is 21cm (8.5 inches).
