Redhotcurry.com is a website operated by Redhotcurry Limited a company registered in England and Wales. Reference to “We” in the Terms of Service means Redhotcurry Ltd. Reference to “the Service” means this website and all services provided in conjunction with it. Reference to “Users” means you.
The details set our below are the only terms and conditions on which we will grant you access to the Service. By using the Service you have agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, Terms of Contribution, our Privacy Policy and Community Standards.

We may serve a notice on you by sending it to your email address or postal address appearing on the User Registration form. Notices will be deemed to have been served twenty-four hours after transmission by email or three days after despatch by post.
We reserve the right to deactivate individual accounts at our absolute discretion. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service may be effected without prior notice. After deactivation of an account we may at our discretion delete record and other information relating to your account.
