About the spices
The spices have been specifically chosen to provide the best ingredients for an authentic Indian kitchen experience, comprising: Cumin Seeds – Jeera (65g); Mustard Seeds – Rai (65g); Fenugreek Seeds – Methi (65g); Carom Seeds – Ajwain (65g); Turmeric Powder – Haldi (65g), Red Chilli Powder – Mirchi (65g); Whole Mixed Spices (25g) – Red Chillies, Cassia Bark – Dalchini, Black Peppercorns, Cloves & Cardamom and in quantities that will fit perfectly into a large spice box. The spices are the Produce of more than one country. Each spice pack is clearly labelled with a ‘Best Before’ date. Although every effort has been made to remove shells, stones pits and stems, please check carefully and hand sort before consumption.
