The programme called ‘Easy Cooking Made Difficult’ features special guests and had taken the internet by storm resulting in an unprecedented number of views in a 24 hour period. Thousands of people flocked to watch the inimitable Raj & Pedro attempting to cook Wasabi Prawns, Mango Salsa and Indo-Chinese Chicken amidst the mad chaos of humour, laughter, confusion, interviews and live performances. Over 90% of the show’s core audience watched via mobile devices including tablets and smartphones – proving that the future of TV broadcasting is online.

The ground-breaking ‘Easy Cooking Made Difficult’ show will broadcast every Saturday morning from 10am. Raj Ghai said “When I heard that James Martin was leaving Saturday Kitchen, I was distraught, knowing that my Saturday mornings would never be the same again. So, we decided to create the show to fill the huge gap in my heart and stomach!

It’s been a long time coming but the hilarious duo that first appeared on our screens on ITV’s Eastern Mix are finally back together to present the zany new cookery show. Easy Cooking Made Difficult brings together live cookery interspersed with entertainment from top musicians and celebrity guests all in the comfort of the show’s kitchen. Saturday’s show featured one of the original UK soul funk pioneers of the 70’s music scene Steve Salvari who was a founder member of Central Line and has also performed with soul legends Chaka Khan, Barry White and Robert Palmer to name a few! The next show on 19th March 2016 will see the Punjabi Rockstar Juggy D not only perform live but also create an Asian infused Mexican Taco dish!
